Chef Jenn



Jenn Bravo has been passionate about food since she was a little girl, think tabbing every page in a newly acquired cookbook while her friends were reading Roald Dahl. But, as she continued to educate herself about the culinary arts, she became exposed to the health epidemic that our country, and our world, faces today. As her concerns grew, she branched out to learn more about how she could help foster a healthier nation. She stumbled upon the natural foods world, and with that serendipitous moment, her passion to eradicate our crisis through natural, healthy foods grew too!


Chef Jenn holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago, where she studied marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, accounting, and operations.  She is a trained Natural Foods Chef through The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, the nation’s premier health foods culinary school.


She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school.  She is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary and lifestyle theories, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.


Jenn is a mother of 2 daughters, a self taught photographer, blogger, the owner of Portland Health Coaching at the Integrative Health Center of Maine, a recipe contributor to The Inspired Home Journal, and a co-host of The Food Confidence Podcast.
