Chef Tiffany strives to create menus that evoke lasting impressions.
Chef Tiffany is a Private Chef with over 25 years in professional kitchens, including Executive Chef at a major ski resort, as well as time at the Ritz Carlton.
She is also a Food Scientist, Nutritionist, Level One Sommelier, and owner of Salt + Sage.
When she isn’t busy cooking, Chef Tiffany can be found running the trails in her North Lake Tahoe home with her husband, skiing the Sierras, or working on her edible garden.
