Food and Kitchen are two things i feel very strong and passioned. Over twenty years working in Italy, Canada , and USA Culinary Industry are a part of my life. In my free time i like to write about food, and practising new recipes. After so many years working as a Chef, and seeing how Technology has changed the way we live and eat.
