Do you have a specific menu/recipe/cuisine in mind that you'd like to learn with the help of a chef? Tell us and your Chef will prepare a custom menu for your class. At checkout, include all of the details on what you'd like to learn so your chef can prepare a custom menu for you! After we receive your booking, your Chef will prepare a menu proposal for your review via email. Once we have received your approval via email on your custom menu, we will send you a complete shopping list so you can prepare for your class! Your professional chef will guide you through a virtual, live video cooking class. Your chef instructor will walk you through all of the preparation and cooking steps, offering tips and will help troubleshoot while you're cooking, until your dishes are plated. Your class is your time to ask your chef questions, ask for feedback, learn a little something, and most importantly, have fun.
Reschedule + Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a class, send an email to info@festcooking.com 24 or more hours before your scheduled class time. For all reschedule requests 24 or more hours before class time, we will cancel your scheduled class and provide you a credit to apply on a new booking. Do note, class prices may vary from the time of your original booking to a new booking, we cannot honor a class price. All classes are final sale, no refunds will be issued if the class needs to be canceled. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please note that if you are over 30 minutes late for your scheduled class, your class will be canceled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. If your class is canceled, no refunds or reschedule credits will be issued. There are no exceptions to this policy. By purchasing your class, you agree to the following terms: In consideration of participating in Fēst cooking classes, I acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food, consuming certain foods and working with tools and appliances. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Fēst and its instructors, officers, and employees against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation in these activities. Instructor Change Disclaimer: Your instructor is subject to change based on availability and instructor schedule changes. We cannot guarantee that the instructor that is booked will be the instructor you will have in class. However, we can guarantee that you will be with exclusively a Fēst Certified Instructor. If you’d like to cancel your class due to instructor change, you may request to do so 24 or more hours before your class. If you choose to cancel your class, you will receive a full refund.
