YOUR MENU: Avgolemono Soup Souvlaki + Tzatziki INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: Serving Size: 4 Avgolemono Soup: 4 cups homemade chicken stock or low-sodium broth (or low-sodium broth) Salt and freshly ground pepper 2 cups cooked white rice (warmed) 2 large egg yolks ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 rotisserie chicken ( pound meat pulled from the bones and coarsely shredded) ¼ cup chopped fresh dill Souvlaki: ¼ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon salt 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-sized pieces Tzatziki: 1 (6 ounce) container plain Greek-style yogurt ½ cucumber - peeled, seeded, and grated 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons white vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1 pinch salt EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED: Sharp chef’s knife, 6 inches or larger Cutting board Serving platters Paper towels Apron Large saucepan Measuring cups + spoons Blender or immersion blender Large resealable bag Medium mixing bowl Outdoor grill, or griddle or cast iron pan for stove Wooden skewers, optional

To reschedule a class, send an email to 24 or more hours before your scheduled class time. For all reschedule requests 24 or more house before class time, we will cancel your scheduled class and provide you a credit to apply on a new booking. Do note, class prices may vary from the time of your original booking to a new booking, we cannot honor a class price. All classes are final sale, no refunds will be issued if the class needs to be cancelled. There are no exceptions to our policy.
