Chef Peggy Aoki
Teaching virtually from Mountain View, California.
Chef Peggy studied at the California Culinary Academy and apprenticed in Dijon France, San Francisco and New York. After many years in fine dining, catering and culinary instruction, she has found the perfect way to leverage her love of entertaining and teaching with virtual cooking classes. Peggy loves travel, culture and meeting new people. She also works as a sustainability and education project manager for a large corporate food company, helping chefs find ways to reduce food waste and understand sustainable food practices.
